On September 8th, 2022, the Ministry of Justice and USAID’s Social Cohesion and Reconciliation Activity (SCORE/USAID) Unit hosted an Annual Workplan Meeting at the International Arbitration Centre, World Trade Centre. This Meeting was attended by the Unity Cluster (comprised of the Office for Reparations, the Office on Missing Persons and the Office for National Unity and Reconciliation) and representatives from GIZ.
The objective of this Meeting was to identify potential activities that SCORE/USAID can collaborate with and support the Unity Cluster to implement. In order to identify areas for collaboration, SCORE/USAID and the Unity Cluster discussed their mandates, activities, priority areas and estimated budgetary requirements. Contact points within SCORE/USAID were established and assigned to each office constituting the Unity Cluster, and follow-up discussions regarding future collaboration with and support from SCORE/USAID will take place in due course.
